How to Book a Service?

Fill out the contact us form entirely.  If you have any pictures you would like used in the branding service, please send to via email to kreatekonews@gmail.com (Add your name and service requested in the subject line).

Debit and Credit Cards, Paypal

Payment Process?

All funds are due at the beginning of services.  Funds must be paid before the branding process begins.

Can I get a refund?

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued after the purchase.

How can I contact or communicate with Kreateko?

Other than the 15 minute initial consultation through Zoom, primary communication will be done through email. This provides a clear and written chain of communication to ensure all parties understand the services requested.  Please allow 48 hours from date of email for a response from Kreateko.
