What happens if I have to change my rental order?

Orders can be rescheduled.  Changes to an existing order can be made up to 60 days prior to the rental date by emailing info@thekreateko.com. Change order requests submitted within 60 days of the rental date are subject to availability. Exchanges must be at equal or greater value. No cancellations of individual items allowed within 60 days prior to event date.

What happens if I have to reschedule my event?

Orders can be rescheduled. Please remember to inform Kreateko as soon as the date changes.  Please send at email to info@thekreateko.comIf circumstances necessitate rescheduling an event, full credit of monies previously paid will be applied to the new event date. 

Is there a deadline to make a rental order?

Orders should be made at least 21 days before your intended date of use. It is recommended to make the order at least 90 days prior to your event.

Can I cancel a rental order?

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 90 days before an event date.  If circumstances necessitate rescheduling an event, full credit of monies previously paid will be applied to the new event date.  Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@thekreateko.com.

How do I order a rental? 

Add to your cart the items and quantities you would like to rent and proceed to checkout. Pay the Full Balance at checkout

Is there a rental deposit?

Yes, the rental deposit is $35.00 and will be refunded once all items are returned and it good condition.

When will I receive my rental order?

You will receive your order 2 days before your scheduled event.

When do I return my rental order?

Your order should be shipped back to Kreateko, 1151 Falls Road, Suite 1034, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, using the return shipping label.

Do I pay the return shipping for the rental?

No, the return shipping is already paid. Just place the return shipping label on the original box, and send the box back to Kreateko.

Can I rent the flowers and plants for portraits or housewarmings?

Yes, inform Kreateko of your photography date session or housewarming, and we will ship your order to you.

Can I make changes to my subscription order?

Changes to an existing order can be made up to the last day of the month the subscription was purchased by emailing info@thekreateko.com with subject Subscription Order Change. 

Can I get a refund or cancel my subscription? 

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the 30th of the month the subscription was purchased. If circumstances necessitate skipping a month of bouquet shipment, please send an email to info@thekreateko.com . If a bouquet was not received due to shipment, please send an email to info@thekreateko.com within 3 days of the expected arrival date of the subscription bouquet. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@thekreateko.com.

If products arrive broken, please take a picture and send via email to info@thekreateko.com. Note: Kreateko photographs all orders prior to shipping for verification.  Kreateko is not responsible for mishandling of shipment items by mail carriers.

If I have to go out of town can I skip a subscription month? 

Yes, if you want to skip a subscription shipment month because of scheduling or if you are going out of town, please send a request by email to  info@thekreateko.com with the subject SKIP SUBSCRIPTION MONTH, by the 28th of previous month.  Bouquets are sent out for shipment on the 4th of each month.
